Drop In – Tuesday 8.30 am

How it works: Drop-In starts at 8.30 am and only has space for 4 new clients per day. We do not take bookings at the Drop_in is offered on a strictly first-come, first-serve, basis. As a result, it is advisable to arrive early in order to have the best chance of being seen. When you arrive, you will need to fill out some forms and then wait to be seen. Depending on the needs of the people being seen before you, you may be required to wait for some time. You are welcome to help yourself to tea and coffee whilst you are waiting. Please note that if you are already a Financial Counselling client, you will not be able to be seen during Drop-In times. In this case we will make an appointment for you at another time during the week.

What to bring: The more information you bring, the more informed we are and the more we will be able to do for you on the day. Bank statements, pay slips or a Centrelink card and statement, along with any bills that are troubling you, letters from banks, debt collectors and agencies, will greatly assist us in creating an accurate budget that reflects your current situation.
